In this role, you will support key initiatives across Learning, Talent Management, DEI, HR Audits, and reporting, partnering with multiple stakeholders to drive execution, enable data-driven decisions, and ensure smooth delivery of people programmes.
Role Summary and Objectives
The HR - COE Operations specialist will act as a pivotal operational partner supporting the Centre of Excellence teams. The position focuses on executing strategic people initiatives, maintaining accurate operational metrics, conducting HR audits, and creating actionable analytical dashboards to empower HR leadership with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Drive end-to-end coordination and execution for key HR COE initiatives spanning across Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

HR Audits and Governance: Assist with regular HR operational audits, track process compliance, identify gaps, and ensure adherence to established internal policies and governance frameworks.

HR Analytics and Reporting: Consolidate data from multiple talent systems, maintain MIS reports, and build executive dashboards using advanced Excel and PowerPoint to support leadership decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional HR business partners, operations teams, and internal business stakeholders to streamline programme execution and reduce bottlenecks.

Process Tracking: Maintain rigorous tracking mechanisms for learning interventions, performance management cycles, and DEI action plans to ensure timely project closures.
Candidate Profile and Ideal Requirements Experience: 2 to 5 years of focused experience in HR Operations, Talent Management, Learning and Development, or HR Analytics. Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability in creating dynamic dashboards and presenting structured HR reports.
