The Human Resources Lead will play a strategic role in strengthening talent acquisition, employee experience, learning and development, performance management, and organizational culture while supporting long-term institutional growth.
The selected candidate will recruit high-potential professionals who demonstrate strong values, learning agility, emotional maturity, empathy, communication skills, resilience, and a growth mindset. The role includes designing structured onboarding journeys, building talent pipelines for counsellors, mentors, trainers, and future leadership positions, and ensuring new employees understand the organization's culture, expectations, and work standards.
The Human Resources Lead will build a culture centered on discipline, ownership, accountability, empathy, professionalism, continuous learning, and service excellence. Responsibilities include creating systems, rituals, and practices that reinforce organizational values and translate the institute's vision into consistent behaviors and performance standards.
The role involves designing and implementing an annual learning framework for counsellors and employees, developing capabilities in counselling fundamentals, parent psychology, student aspirations, communication, emotional intelligence, global education trends, and international admissions. The candidate will establish learning circles, peer coaching, reflection sessions, mentorship forums, case discussions, and expert interactions to ensure continuous practical learning linked to counselling quality and student-parent experience.
The candidate will develop competency frameworks for counsellors, managers, and future leaders while creating performance systems that evaluate counselling quality, customer experience, behavioral excellence, learning progression, team contribution, and values alignment. The role also includes supporting managers with coaching, feedback, and employee development while creating career growth pathways.
The Human Resources Lead will design emotional and behavioral development programs that strengthen patience, deep listening, resilience, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and the ability to manage challenging conversations with students and parents professionally. The role also promotes global competence by developing awareness of international education systems, emerging careers, cross-cultural communication, future skills, knowledge sharing, continuous self-learning, reflection, and data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification with 7–12 years of experience in Human Resources, talent development, learning and development, performance management, or culture-building roles. Experience in education, counselling, consulting, coaching, training, or other people-focused organizations is preferred.
