Aska Equipments is looking for a Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and support HR operations by delivering high-quality talent aligned with business objectives. The role focuses on hiring for engineering, manufacturing, government sales, corporate, technical, and leadership positions while building a strong employer brand and maintaining an excellent candidate experience. The Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requirement gathering to offer closure, developing talent pipelines for niche, technical, leadership, and volume hiring, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and timelines, designing sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, campus hiring, networking, and headhunting, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with business stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, negotiating offers, managing recruitment documentation, ensuring timely onboarding of selected candidates, tracking recruitment metrics including turnaround time, source mix, cost per hire, recruitment analytics, and MIS reports, supporting employer branding initiatives, coordinating with internal and external recruitment partners, managing Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment databases, and supporting HR operational activities as required.
Candidates should possess strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, technical recruitment, engineering hiring, manufacturing recruitment, government sales hiring, corporate hiring, leadership hiring, sourcing, headhunting, competency-based interviewing, salary benchmarking, offer negotiation, candidate engagement, workforce planning, stakeholder management, recruitment analytics, HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems, MIS reporting, communication, and problem-solving. Experience hiring for engineering, manufacturing, industrial equipment, infrastructure, defence, fire and safety, government-focused organizations, supply chain, procurement, production, quality, and service functions will be preferred.
