Role Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities for plant and operational roles.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and workforce engagement initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, documentation management, and MIS reporting processes.
• Support performance management cycles, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs.
• Implement training calendars and evaluate training effectiveness through measurable outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and organizational HR policies.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave administration.
• Maintain statutory records and provide support during internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to strengthen workforce productivity and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in the Chemical Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Plant HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Performance Management.
• Experience in Training & Development and Workforce Engagement initiatives.
• Good understanding of manufacturing operations, industrial relations, and workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and plant environment.
Candidates with extensive Plant HR experience in the Chemical Manufacturing sector and expertise in compliance, employee relations, and workforce development are encouraged to apply.
