About the Role:
Precision Medicine Group is seeking an experienced People Operations Partner to lead in-country HR operations while aligning local HR practices with global people frameworks. This role requires strong expertise in employee relations, HR operations, compliance management, and workforce initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, Payroll, Legal teams, and Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful employee support and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee movements, and separations
ā¢ Ensure compliance with local labour laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies
ā¢ Partner with HRBPs, managers, Payroll, Legal teams, and Centers of Excellence to deliver effective HR support
ā¢ Handle employee relations matters including grievances, performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations
ā¢ Support organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
ā¢ Drive continuous improvement of HR operations, processes, and systems
ā¢ Ensure alignment between global HR policies and local business requirements
ā¢ Provide guidance on employment practices, compliance matters, and employee experience initiatives
ā¢ Maintain accurate HR records and support audit and compliance activities
ā¢ Contribute to operational excellence and process optimization projects

Eligibility Criteria:
ā¢ 6+ years of Human Resources experience
ā¢ Strong expertise in Employee Relations and compliance management
ā¢ Deep understanding of local labour laws and employment regulations
ā¢ Experience working within global or multinational organizations
ā¢ Ability to manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality
ā¢ Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
