Job Description
Graniti Vicentia India is a global organization with operations in India and international headquarters in the United States. The company is seeking a highly experienced and resourceful Senior HR Manager and Office Manager to lead Human Resources and administrative operations across its India offices. This role is primarily based in Hyderabad with additional responsibility for overseeing the Mumbai office and reporting directly to the Global HR Director at the U.S. headquarters. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, offer management and onboarding. Responsibilities include partnering with global and local hiring managers to define hiring strategies, managing relationships with recruitment agencies and universities for campus hiring, leading onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring completion of documentation and background verification, driving performance appraisal cycles, supporting goal setting and performance improvement plans, aligning KPIs with organizational goals, coordinating payroll processing, managing employee benefits, and administering compensation-related activities. The role also involves designing employee engagement and retention initiatives, conducting feedback sessions, driving recognition programs, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, LWF, Shops and Establishments Act, POSH and Maternity Benefit Act, preparing statutory reports, conducting HR audits, maintaining HR policies and employee handbooks, drafting contracts and HR documentation, coordinating learning and development programs, handling employee relations and grievance management, supporting POSH committee activities, maintaining HRIS data and reporting, collaborating with global HR teams, and overseeing office administration activities across Hyderabad and Mumbai. The position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, deep knowledge of Indian labor laws, process management expertise and willingness to travel occasionally to Mumbai or other locations.
