Accordible is a fast-growing facility management and technical services company serving hospitality, commercial, healthcare, industrial, corporate, and commercial clients across India. As the company continues to expand, it is looking for a sharp, proactive, and result-driven Senior Human Resource Recruiter who can take ownership of recruitment for key office-based and business-critical roles.
The Senior Human Resource Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for office-based and professional roles across Sales, Business Development, Operations, HR, Accounts, Admin, Marketing, Client Coordination, and other support functions. The primary focus of this role will be white-collar and office hiring. Blue-collar hiring support may be required only in urgent or business-critical situations.
The role requires someone who can quickly understand hiring requirements, identify suitable candidates, manage multiple openings, coordinate with department heads, and ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for office, corporate, and mid-level roles. The selected candidate will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, referrals, WhatsApp groups, internal databases, and other hiring channels.
The role involves hiring for positions such as Sales Executive, Inside Sales Executive, Lead Generation Executive, Business Development Executive, Operations Executive, Senior Operations Executive, HR Executive, Accounts Executive, Admin Executive, Marketing Executive, Client Coordinator, and similar office roles.
Responsibilities include understanding hiring requirements from department heads and management, creating attractive job postings, screening candidates based on communication skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, location, stability, career intent, and role suitability.
The candidate will conduct telephonic screening, evaluate candidate quality and fitment, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and stakeholders, and follow up consistently to reduce interview no-shows and joining dropouts.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong candidate pipelines, supporting salary discussions, offer coordination, documentation, joining formalities, and maintaining recruitment trackers with regular updates to management.
The role requires coordinating with internal teams for feedback, tracking hiring progress, pending positions, interview status, offer status, and joining status while ensuring timely closure of positions without compromising candidate quality.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and calling skills, a good understanding of white-collar recruitment, and the ability to judge candidate quality quickly and accurately. Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Excel, and Google Sheets is required.
Candidates should have experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously and be comfortable working with hiring targets, deadlines, and closure expectations. A disciplined, organized, ownership-driven approach is essential.
Preferred candidates will have 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR hiring, with experience hiring for Sales, Operations, HR, Admin, Accounts, Marketing, Business Development, and Coordination roles. Experience in facility management, manpower services, staffing, hospitality, real estate, B2B services, or service-based companies will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, comfortable with daily calling and follow-ups, and capable of handling recruitment pressure and closure timelines while coordinating effectively with senior team members and department heads.
