Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee references, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, coordinate candidate assessments, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring requirements.
Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns whenever required.
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and Career Pages.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Docs, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems.
Experience in bulk hiring, technology hiring, or sales hiring will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
