Job Description
WTX India is looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support recruitment, employee operations, and day-to-day people processes in a fast-paced work environment. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment coordination and interview scheduling, supporting onboarding, employee engagement, and employee lifecycle activities, handling attendance, leave management, and employee records, coordinating payroll inputs and maintaining HR documentation, assisting with HR policies, compliance, and employee queries, and partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate should have 2ā4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Executive, or similar role with exposure to recruitment, employee operations, and payroll processes. Strong communication, coordination, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, are required. Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates from advertising, marketing, media, creative agencies, or similar industries will be given preference.
