Description: VMap Tech is hiring an experienced Team Lead Recruitment / Talent Acquisition for its Pune location. The role involves leading, managing, and mentoring a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists while driving end-to-end hiring activities across multiple business functions. Responsibilities include allocating requirements, monitoring recruiter performance and delivery metrics, handling recruitment for mid-level and senior-level positions, developing sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, networking and referrals, coordinating with hiring managers for workforce planning, ensuring timely closure of positions, conducting candidate screening and evaluations, maintaining recruitment dashboards and analytics, improving recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience, training recruiters, ensuring compliance with hiring standards, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Candidates should have strong leadership experience, expertise in bulk and lateral hiring, recruitment KPI management, ATS experience, stakeholder management skills, and vendor management exposure. Experience in IT, Non-IT, BFSI, Healthcare, or Staffing industries is preferred.
