Description: We are hiring for one of South India's leading optical retail brands. The Retail Trainer will be responsible for conducting induction and refresher training programs, delivering in-store coaching and on-the-floor training, developing training content and learning modules, evaluating training effectiveness and employee performance, partnering with Operations and HR teams to identify training needs, and driving customer service, upselling, and sales excellence initiatives. Candidates should have strong retail sales training experience, excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, and be willing to travel across regions. Knowledge of MS Office and LMS platforms is preferred.
