Job Description
HR Recruiter role based in Pimpri, Pune with a work-from-office setup. The position is open for freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of experience in recruitment. Working hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with 2nd and 4th Saturdays as work from home. The role is suitable for female candidates only with a notice period requirement of 15 days or less preferred. Key responsibilities include supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interview schedules, assisting in talent acquisition processes, and maintaining candidate communication throughout the hiring cycle. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to overall hiring efficiency. Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills along with a willingness to learn recruitment processes. Basic understanding of hiring and talent acquisition is preferred.
