Job Description
Olivegreenconsulting is hiring an experienced Compliance Manager to manage and ensure end-to-end statutory compliance across its staffing operations.
The role involves managing PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and other statutory compliances, monitoring multi-location employee compliance, handling client audits, coordinating with payroll/HR/finance teams, and ensuring adherence to labour laws and client-specific compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Statutory Compliance
Manage end-to-end PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and other statutory compliances.
Ensure timely submission of statutory returns, challans, and compliance reports.
Maintain accurate statutory records and documentation.
Ensure compliance requirements are completed within applicable deadlines.
2. Employee & Multi-Location Compliance
Monitor compliance requirements for employees deployed across multiple clients and locations.
Ensure accurate and timely generation of:
PF records
ESIC records
UAN-related records
Monitor compliance across different locations and client accounts.
3. Payroll / HR Coordination
Coordinate with internal:
Payroll teams
HR teams
Finance teams
Operations teams
Resolve statutory and payroll compliance issues.
Ensure coordination between payroll processing and statutory compliance activities.
4. Client Compliance Audits
Handle client compliance audits.
Prepare and maintain required documentation.
Respond to client compliance queries and escalations.
Ensure client-specific compliance requirements are followed.
5. Compliance Tracking & Documentation
Maintain compliance trackers.
Ensure all statutory records are regularly updated.
Maintain documentation required for audits and regulatory purposes.
Prepare compliance-related reports and supporting records.
6. Labour Law Compliance
Monitor changes in labour laws and statutory regulations.
Ensure relevant regulatory changes are implemented on time.
Identify compliance gaps.
Implement corrective and preventive actions.
7. Government / Statutory Authorities
Coordinate with government and statutory authorities whenever required.
Support resolution of statutory compliance-related matters.
8. MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare regular compliance MIS.
Prepare management reports related to statutory compliance.
Track compliance status, pending requirements, and deadlines.
9. SOP & Client Requirements
Ensure adherence to internal SOPs.
Ensure compliance with client-specific statutory and operational requirements.
Monitor compliance processes across staffing operations.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
5–8 years of experience in statutory compliance.
Experience in staffing, payroll, or HR services is preferred.
Experience handling multi-state compliance will be an advantage.

Qualification
Candidates should have a:
Graduate degree, or
MBA, or
PGDM, or
LLB, or relevant qualification.
Additional certification in Labour Laws / HR Compliance will be an advantage.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in statutory and payroll compliance, preferably within staffing, payroll, or HR services.
The candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple compliance requirements, client audits, statutory deadlines, labour-law updates, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
