Chakr Innovation is hiring for the Learning & Development role for Gurugram onsite location. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering Learning & Development initiatives to build employee capability across the organization. Responsibilities include managing LMS platforms, training records, learning analytics, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management. Key responsibilities include conducting Training Needs Analysis and recommending interventions, designing and delivering soft-skill, technical, compliance, onboarding, and leadership programs, creating engaging content using PowerPoint, Canva, and LMS platforms along with facilitator guides, maintaining LMS records, certifications, attendance, and audit-ready documentation, tracking training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and Excel-based dashboards using pivot tables, and coordinating vendors, logistics, budgets, and mandatory trainings including POSH, SOPs, and safety training. Candidates should possess strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and Excel skills with hands-on experience in LMS platforms such as HrOne, Zoho, Udemy, or similar tools.
