Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements across India and international markets. Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives. Maintain recruitment trackers, metrics, reports and documentation. Effectively manage multiple open positions across different locations and functions.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field. Candidates with 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and proven experience in Pan India and International Hiring are preferred. Strong knowledge of ATS, sourcing tools, job portals and LinkedIn recruitment is required. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to handle multiple requisitions across geographies, are essential. A proactive, organized and target-driven approach is required.
