Walk-in drive for Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - HR at Next Education India, scheduled from 22nd May to 30th May, between 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, employee benefits administration, and HR operational processes across the organization. The candidate will ensure accurate payroll execution, statutory adherence, seamless employee insurance administration, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders, vendors, and compliance partners. Responsibilities include managing monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, incentives, variable pay, deductions and reimbursements, coordinating with payroll vendors for timely salary processing, handling salary restructuring activities, preparing payroll reports, salary registers, variance analysis and MIS reports, coordinating payroll accounting inputs with finance team, managing NPS contribution processing, administering employee meal card and food coupon processes, resolving employee payroll queries, handling payroll inputs for off-roll employees, consultants and freelancers, coordinating invoice processing, ensuring statutory compliance under PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other labour laws, managing statutory payments, challans, returns and reconciliations across states, handling employee UAN creation and ESIC registrations, maintaining compliance trackers, drafting employee letters including promotions, transfers and salary revisions, maintaining employee master data, supporting audits, managing group medical insurance enrolment, endorsements, claim processing and coordination with brokers and TPAs, and handling group term life insurance administration including enrolment, reconciliation and claim support. Candidate must be Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, Finance or related discipline with 3 to 7 years of experience in payroll, HR operations and statutory compliance. Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, NPS, multi-state compliance, HRMS systems, MS Excel, analytical and reconciliation skills, confidentiality, coordination, problem-solving and communication skills are required.
