Randstad USA is hiring for the role of HR Operations Specialist focused on onboarding and payroll management. Work location is Bangalore (Remote). Experience required is 1 to 3 years. The role involves managing end-to-end onboarding processes including new hire documentation, offer rollouts, coordinating tech setups, and conducting open house sessions. Payroll responsibilities include accurate calculation and processing of compensation such as hours, overtime, and bonuses, maintaining HRIS data, and preparing payroll reports. The candidate will also act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to policies, contracts, and payroll. Required skills include proven experience in HR onboarding, payroll, or HR operations, hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, proficiency in MS Office, strong understanding of payroll practices, accounting fundamentals, basic labor law knowledge, and excellent communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills. Degree in HR, Business, or Accounting is preferred.
