Senior Executive – Corporate HR role responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations with focus on data management, MIS reporting, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. The role includes maintaining accurate HRIS records, employee databases, and generating weekly and monthly HR MIS reports for management review. Candidate will handle time office operations including attendance tracking, shift management, and leave administration. Responsibilities also include end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy in attendance inputs, deductions, and salary payouts, along with full and final (F&F) settlement processing for exiting employees. The role requires ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus Act, and Gratuity Act, along with coordination for statutory filings, audits, and documentation. Additional responsibilities include onboarding and induction of new employees, training need identification, execution of training calendars, and supporting performance management system (PMS) cycles.
