Senior Manager Talent Acquisition role based in Gurugram within a fast-growing WhatsApp-based marketing and customer engagement platform serving over 210,000+ businesses including major brands across industries. The company enables businesses to drive significant revenue impact through WhatsApp engagement and processes over 800+ crore messages annually. The role requires 9–12 years of experience in talent acquisition within startup, SaaS, or high-growth environments. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels, partnering with founders, business leaders, and hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities, developing hiring plans, sourcing strategies, and structured interview processes, managing recruiter productivity through defined targets and dashboards, tracking key hiring metrics such as sourcing efficiency, interview pipeline, offer acceptance, joining ratio, and time-to-hire, driving hiring across engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, HR, and leadership roles, improving candidate screening quality and interview evaluation processes, optimizing sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, referrals, vendors, and passive sourcing, ensuring strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle, and presenting hiring updates and bottlenecks to leadership with actionable insights. The role requires strong stakeholder management, high ownership, urgency, sourcing expertise, and ability to operate in a fast-paced founder-led environment.
