Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination for assigned IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other relevant channels.
Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements and coordinate initial recruitment activities.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Support offer management, pre-joining coordination, and onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, reports, and related documentation.
Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely hiring.
Support HR Operations and other ad-hoc HR activities as required.
Coordinate with global teams and communicate with US/UK stakeholders when required.
Ensure accuracy, strong follow-up, and attention to detail across recruitment processes.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Saturday Schedule: 2 Saturdays Work From Home + 2 Saturdays Off
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Maximum 15 Days
