Cocoma Digital & Studios is a fast-growing creative and marketing powerhouse managing multiple brands and businesses across two core wings. The Digital division focuses on YouTube channel growth, social media marketing, content creation, performance marketing, and creator collaborations, while the Studios division provides end-to-end post-production services for films, television, OTT platforms, web series, and social assets. The company is hiring a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on Social Media and Creative Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment on-site at Cocoma Digital HQ in Andheri West, Mumbai. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the specialist will spearhead talent acquisition for high-demand creative, video, digital, and marketing profiles, with strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and executive headhunting. Core responsibilities include converting manpower plans into clear hiring briefs, actively headhunting passive industry talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, creative networks, and competitor media agencies, and building robust talent pipelines for roles like Video Editors, Motion Graphic Designers, YouTube Managers, Social Media Executives, Content Writers, and Performance Marketers. The specialist will conduct initial telephonic and video screenings, rigorously evaluate creative portfolios, showreels, and trial assignments, coordinate multi-round interviews with business heads, and drive structured feedback loops to minimize turnaround time. Additional duties involve managing offer rollouts, negotiating compensation packages within budget parameters, coordinating pre-onboarding documentation, maintaining detailed recruitment trackers and MIS reports, and monitoring key recruitment analytics such as time-to-hire, channel ROI, and conversion rates. Candidates must hold a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, alongside at least 3 years of talent acquisition experience with strong exposure to hiring within creative agencies, digital marketing firms, or media production companies. Professional verbal and written proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory, paired with expertise in portfolio evaluation, job boards, Google Workspace, and applicant tracking systems.
