Protegk Consultant Client is hiring for the position of HR Head – Human Resources & Organizational Development for Pune location. Industry preference includes Engineering, MEP, Infrastructure, Industrial Projects, Technology, Software, and multi-business organizations. Looking for male candidates only with strong expertise in Human Resources and Organizational Development (OD). The candidate will lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations. Responsible for designing and implementing OD initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency, developing organizational structures, KRAs/KPIs, PMS, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks. The role includes driving employee engagement, retention strategies, culture-building initiatives, scalable HR systems, SOPs, policies, governance processes, workforce planning, organizational strategy, change management, and business expansion support. Preferred qualifications include MBA/PGDM in HR or Organizational Development with certifications in OD, HR Analytics, Psychometrics, or Leadership Coaching as an added advantage. Preferred traits include strategic mindset, leadership skills, strong communication, process orientation, emotional intelligence, and ability to thrive in growth-stage organizations.
