Job Description
Persistent Systems is an AI-led digital engineering and enterprise modernization company delivering technology solutions to global enterprises across industries including banking, healthcare, and software services. The Talent Acquisition Manager role is responsible for leading recruitment strategy, team management, and end-to-end hiring operations for business units in a high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business hiring needs, partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define talent requirements, and leading a large recruitment team to achieve hiring targets. The role involves managing bulk hiring initiatives, improving recruitment processes, and strengthening employer branding through various channels including social media, hiring events, and webinars.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing candidate experience, tracking recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and joining ratios, and ensuring effective stakeholder management. The role also involves managing recruitment vendors, conducting regular reviews with hiring managers, and continuously improving hiring strategies and methodologies.
Further responsibilities include driving team performance, setting career development plans for team members, ensuring ATS effectiveness, and contributing to strategic workforce planning and recruitment transformation initiatives across the organization.
