Job Description
Garden Flavours is hiring an HR Business Partner to build and manage the end-to-end HR function for a growing organisation in the Flavours/FMCG/Food Ingredients industry. The role focuses on creating a structured HR ecosystem including HR strategy, organisation design, recruitment, policies, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
Key responsibilities include designing organisation structures, manpower planning, and building a performance-driven culture aligned with leadership goals. The role involves leading end-to-end recruitment across production, QA/QC, R&D, sales, marketing, warehouse, and administration functions, while leveraging industry networks for talent acquisition.
Additional responsibilities include implementing HR policies and SOPs, managing HRMS systems and employee records, ensuring statutory compliance and labour law adherence, and handling employee relations across factory and office environments. The role also includes developing performance management systems with KRAs/KPIs, supporting appraisal cycles, managing onboarding and training programs, and improving retention through structured engagement initiatives.
The position requires strong experience in manufacturing HR, HR operations, industrial relations, payroll coordination, and system-building, along with the ability to work closely with leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
