Hiring for Soft Skills Trainer. Industry and employee size not provided. Candidate will be responsible for Training Needs Analysis (TNA), curriculum design and development, facilitation and delivery of ILT and VILT training sessions, one-on-one coaching, evaluation and ROI reporting, and continuous improvement of learning materials. Training topics include emotional intelligence, communication, storytelling, conflict management, negotiation, leadership, team management, hybrid work etiquette, and digital collaboration. Candidate should have experience in corporate training environments with proficiency in Zoom, MS Teams, MS Office Suite, and LMS platforms. Certifications in ATD, CPTD, Train the Trainer, NLP, or Instructional Design preferred.
