Job Description
JSD Electronics is hiring an Admin Executive / Office Administrator to ensure smooth office operations and support efficient business functioning. The role involves managing administration systems, vendor coordination, facility management, procurement activities, logistics support, compliance requirements, and employee support functions. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, discipline, housekeeping, and utilities.
Coordinate and manage vendors including housekeeping, security, IT, and pantry services.
Handle vendor contracts and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Manage inventory, stock records, purchase requests, and asset tracking.
Maintain documentation including filing, agreements, invoices, MIS reports, and records.
Coordinate travel bookings, calendars, meetings, and company events.
Provide HR support including onboarding coordination, attendance management, payroll inputs, and employee query handling.
Manage courier services, dispatch activities, and material tracking.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire systems, and audit requirements.

Requirements
Graduate in any field.
2–5 years of administration experience.
Knowledge of MS Office applications.
Experience with email and calendar management tools.
Basic ERP knowledge preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
