· Recruitment of team members and store managers, sourcing and first level interviewing and ensuring manpower requirements of all stores in the region are fulfilled
· Keeping the Regional Talent Acquisition needs, build a strong pipeline of talent
· Ensure proper Onboarding and Joining Formalities are completed including Employee Creation in HRIS
· Induction of New Joinee as per the schedule
· Maintaining Employee personal files, Data updation of New joinee & Existing Employee
· Create various sources of hiring like institutes, training centers, contingent workforce, search firms, job posting agencies, temporary staffing agencies etc.
