Job Description
Whizz HR is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including joining, onboarding, employee transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, personnel files, and HRIS data.
• Manage and monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, overtime, and employee movement in coordination with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, new joiners, and full & final settlements.
• Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, background verification, documentation, and induction for new employees.
• Handle employee queries and grievances related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, benefits, and company processes.
