Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
Source and build strong talent pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and manage the complete interview process.
Drive offer negotiations and recruitment closures within approved budgets.
Work toward recruitment metrics and hiring targets.
Eligibility:
Candidates with 1+ year of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience can apply. Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment processes is required. Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proactive and target-oriented approach, are required.
Position 2:
Assistant HR Manager

Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end talent acquisition across functions and levels.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, HR documentation, and HRMS.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee incentives.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and Rewards & Recognition initiatives.
Handle employee concerns and grievance management.
Support performance reviews, goal setting, employee confirmations, and Performance Improvement Plans.
Ensure accurate HR documentation and smooth HR processes in line with compliance requirements.
Eligibility:
Candidates with 4+ years of HR experience and strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist activities can apply. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management is preferred. Experience in e-commerce, retail, startup, or high-growth environments is an advantage. Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills are required.
