Hiring for HR & Admin Executive for Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi location. Only female candidates can apply and married candidates will be preferred. Good English communication skills are mandatory along with hands-on experience in KEKA HRMS. The candidate will handle attendance, leave records, employee data, recruitment coordination including screening, interviews and onboarding, employee files, HR records, documentation, payroll inputs, HR reports and MIS. Candidate will also manage office administration, vendors, service providers, office supplies, bills, discipline, punctuality and daily office operations. Responsibilities also include preparing HR & Admin MIS reports using Advanced Excel, maintaining trackers, dashboards, data analysis, and accurate documentation. Mandatory KEKA HRMS skills include payroll processing, salary structure management, attendance and leave management, employee database and document management, MIS reporting, HR analytics, policy management, onboarding to exit lifecycle management, PF/ESIC handling, IT declaration tracking, investment tracking, NPS and compliance data management.
