The Associate, HR Operations role is focused on managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes while ensuring a seamless HR experience across the organization. The role involves onboarding, HR operations, employee records management, HR documentation, leave administration, offboarding coordination, and employee helpdesk support. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries while maintaining compliance and operational accuracy.
Key responsibilities include coordinating onboarding formalities such as pre-joining documentation, HRMS onboarding, induction program coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding readiness. The role also involves maintaining accurate employee records in HRMS systems, managing digitized personnel files, administering leave and attendance processes, resolving discrepancies, drafting and issuing HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters, and managing end-to-end separation and full & final settlement coordination. The candidate will also support employees by responding to policy and HR-related queries within defined SLA timelines.
The ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline with HR certification preferred and possess 1–2 years of HR operations or HR generalist experience. Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, familiarity with HR policies and SOPs, proficiency in MS Excel and Word, strong English communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality handling, planning, organizing, multitasking, and deadline management skills are required.
