The People & Culture team at The/Nudge focuses on acquiring and nurturing the right talent to meet organizational goals. The Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple programs and functions across the company. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, building sourcing pipelines through job portals, referrals, networks, and social platforms, screening and evaluating candidates for role and values alignment, coordinating interviews and hiring processes, ensuring smooth candidate experience, maintaining recruitment dashboards, tracking TAT and pipeline health, supporting workforce planning, strengthening employer branding, managing relationships with external consultants and partners, improving hiring processes and ensuring recruitment compliance with internal policies and nonprofit hiring guidelines. Candidates should have 4–7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience preferably in fast-paced organizations, strong stakeholder management skills, sourcing expertise, behavioral assessment capabilities, multitasking abilities, communication and negotiation skills, and a high ownership mindset.
