Milliman is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist in Gurgaon, Haryana, India (On-site). The company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recruitment professional with experience in managing end-to-end hiring processes.
Key responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing positions. The candidate will conduct recruiting kick-off meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular updates regarding candidate flow and recruitment status.
The role requires sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals and talent networks while managing full lifecycle recruitment for positions ranging from entry-level to senior-level roles. The candidate will conduct preliminary candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience and communication abilities.
Additional responsibilities include scheduling interviews, ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders, maintaining recruitment trackers, dashboards and ATS records and driving pre-onboarding communication and documentation processes.
The role also includes niche hiring, campus hiring based on business requirements and participation in employee engagement events while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field with 6-8 years of recruitment experience. Experience hiring for actuarial positions is preferred.
Candidates should possess strong sourcing skills including Naukri, LinkedIn and Boolean search expertise along with strong communication, stakeholder management, coordination and follow-up skills. Attention to detail and organizational abilities are essential for this role.
