Job Description
Talentola is hiring an experienced HCM Helpdesk Implementation Consultant for multiple locations including Hyderabad, Noida, and Bangalore. This role focuses on end-to-end implementation of HCM Helpdesk and HR Service Delivery modules. Candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing HR business requirements, configuring workflows, case management, SLAs, escalation matrices, and service catalogs. The role also includes collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, configuration of user roles, security and access controls, and integration of Helpdesk with Core HR, Payroll, ESS, and related modules. Additional responsibilities include conducting SIT/UAT testing, supporting defect resolution, preparing documentation, SOPs, training materials, and supporting go-live and post-implementation enhancements.
Candidate must have 6–10 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and/or Workday. Strong understanding of HR operations, service delivery models, workflow design, ticketing systems, SLA configuration, APIs, and HCM integrations is required. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential.
