Job Description
HR Operations / AMS Executive role based in Goregaon, Mumbai. The position requires 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or payroll/shared services environment. The role focuses on managing Attendance Management System (AMS) activities and employee lifecycle processes. Key responsibilities include ID lock/unlock operations based on attendance and inactive employee data, attendance finalization including LOP inputs and payroll coordination, ticket resolution and closure before payroll payout, handling payroll inputs such as mediclaim deductions, advances, and full and final settlement data, and administering mediclaim (GMC), GPA, and term insurance processes including enrollments, additions, deletions, and validations. The role also involves preparing HR dashboards and reports such as attendance, ID lock status, leave balances, and ticket summaries. Additional responsibilities include coordinating employee health initiatives, leave carry forward, fuel logs, holiday updates, and compliance-related activities.
