Job Description
Deputy Manager HRBP role based in Noida with night and mid shift working conditions. The position requires 8β10 years of experience in HR Business Partner or managerial HR roles with experience managing 700+ headcount. The role involves planning, executing, and implementing internal communication and employee engagement programs aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include supporting recruitment, HR operations, payroll, learning and development, and cross-functional teams in communication and design requirements, conducting service line orientation programs for new joiners, managing employee communication through focus group sessions and leadership meetings, developing action plans to address employee concerns, creating and managing employee engagement committees and activities, ensuring brand-compliant communication standards, designing and executing employee engagement strategies including surveys, events and recognition programs, managing internal social media platforms, handling counselling, performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions in coordination with compliance teams, and preparing HR reports as required. The role requires strong HRBP experience, understanding of attrition and workforce metrics, strong event management skills, excellent communication and influencing abilities, and willingness to work in night shifts.
