Job Description
Megan Soft Pvt Ltd is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters for its Hyderabad team. The role involves end-to-end US IT recruitment with strong exposure to W2, C2C and 1099 requirements, candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment activities for technical requirements.
Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Handle recruitment requirements involving W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
Prepare and submit qualified candidate profiles to clients/hiring teams.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Maintain candidate pipelines, submissions, and recruitment trackers.
Understand and work with different US Visa types and tax terms relevant to staffing.
Ensure timely closures while working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong experience with W2, C2C & 1099 requirements.
Experience sourcing candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Strong candidate screening, submission, and follow-up skills.
Good understanding of US Visa types and tax terms.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Ceipal / JobDiva experience will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period are preferred.
