We are hiring for Senior HR & IR Professional role for a leading thermal engineering and boiler manufacturing organization based in Hyderabad, Telangana. The company specializes in Waste Heat Boilers (WHB), Waste Heat Recovery Systems, Exhaust Gas Boilers, Heat Exchangers, and thermal engineering solutions serving refining, petrochemical, energy, and power sectors with international engineering standards. The role involves managing Industrial Relations (IR), labour law and statutory compliance, factory HR operations, contract labour management, employee engagement initiatives, disciplinary proceedings, domestic enquiries, payroll administration, recruitment, workforce planning, policy implementation, and compliance monitoring. Candidate should have strong exposure in manufacturing, engineering, boiler manufacturing, or industrial operations with the ability to independently manage workmen relations and factory compliances. Experience in multi-unit industrial operations is preferred.
