A leading NBFC is hiring for Assistant Manager / Manager – HR role in Hyderabad. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations including branch hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, manpower planning, HR governance, and frontline workforce management with strong focus on Rural HR operations. Responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding for branch and rural business positions, ensuring timely hiring closures, market mapping, recruitment through agencies and portals, employee engagement activities, branch visits, attrition tracking, retention initiatives, statutory compliance, audits, HR documentation, PMS tracking, and coordination with business leaders for workforce planning and HR support. Candidate must have strong experience in Rural HR operations, recruitment, branch HR management, mass hiring, and stakeholder management. Exposure to NBFC/BFSI environment is preferred. Local candidates with knowledge of local language are mandatory.
