Job Description
This role is for an experienced IT Recruitment Lead responsible for end-to-end technical hiring across multiple domains and client accounts. The position involves managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding for IT and product-based companies.
Key responsibilities include hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, Data Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Analyst, and Project/Program Management roles. The role also requires handling Full-Time, Contract, and C2H hiring models, managing bulk, niche, and leadership hiring across PAN India locations, and working closely with leading clients such as Cognizant, Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, and Wipro.
Additional responsibilities include team management, mentoring recruiters, assigning requirements, tracking performance, ensuring closure targets within TAT, and maintaining strong stakeholder and client relationships. The role requires expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, passive hiring strategies, and strong communication and coordination skills to operate in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
