Job Description
Bluerose is looking for a passionate IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT staffing requirements. The role involves handling Contract and Contract-to-Hire hiring across various technical roles.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of IT technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles.
Handle Contract & Contract-to-Hire staffing requirements.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions.
Recruit for IT roles across development, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage multiple open positions and prioritize recruitment tasks effectively.
Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
Conduct candidate follow-ups and coordinate interviews.
Handle compensation discussions and contract negotiations.
Drive recruitment processes toward successful closures.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment.
Strong experience in Domestic Staffing.
Hands-on experience in Contract and Contract-to-Hire recruitment.
Familiarity with IT development, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client and candidate interaction skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or similar.
Strong negotiation skills for compensation and contracts.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in domestic IT staffing, with strong technical sourcing, candidate management, negotiation, and recruitment closure skills.
