Hiring Senior Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for leading HR transformation projects across global clients. Role involves end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll, Time Off & Absence Management, MDF objects, workflows, business rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Responsibilities include leading client workshops, solution design, implementation, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), documentation (test strategy, UAT, BPML, project plans), and integration coordination with third-party vendors. Strong exposure to IAS/IPS configuration, SSO (Azure AD), SAP S/4HANA integrations, and reporting tools (Story, Adhoc, Canvas) is required. Candidate should have experience in data migration, cutover planning, Position Management, and HRIS configuration.
