Responsibilities include handling recruitment delivery for multiple client accounts, mentoring recruitment teams, driving quality profile submissions, ensuring quick turnaround time, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, monitoring hiring metrics, maintaining SLA compliance, managing escalations, and preparing MIS reports and hiring dashboards. Candidates should possess strong experience in IT staffing, recruitment delivery, contract hiring, C2H hiring, permanent hiring models, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have leadership qualities, strong decision-making skills, team management expertise, and the ability to work under pressure to achieve aggressive hiring targets.
