Duroply Industries Limited is hiring a Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager - HR Learning & Development (L&D) for Kirti Nagar, West Delhi location. Working days are Monday to Saturday with Third Saturday Off. The Assistant Manager β HR Learning & Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee learning initiatives to enhance workforce capability, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. The role involves identifying training needs, coordinating learning programs, managing LMS platforms, and driving employee engagement through continuous learning initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying training needs through TNA (Training Needs Analysis), performance reviews, and business requirements, designing and implementing learning programs, workshops, and capability-building initiatives, coordinating onboarding and induction training for new employees, managing technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs, evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, liaising with internal stakeholders and external training vendors, preparing annual training calendars and learning budgets, ensuring smooth execution of classroom, virtual, and e-learning sessions, maintaining training records, attendance, certifications, and MIS reports, managing Learning Management System (LMS) activities, uploading learning content, tracking completion status, generating reports, promoting digital learning culture and self-learning initiatives, supporting succession planning and leadership development programs, assisting in career development and competency mapping initiatives, driving employee engagement through learning campaigns and knowledge-sharing activities, ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements, and preparing monthly/quarterly L&D dashboards and reports for management review. Preferred industry experience includes manufacturing, corporate, IT, or service industries. Candidates should possess strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, coordination, and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office tools. Certification in Learning & Development or Training Management will be preferred.
