The role is based in Navi Mumbai and reports to the HR Consultant Head. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment for AV, UC, IT, ELV and technical engineering functions. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, headhunting, campus recruitment, talent pipeline building, conducting screening interviews, coordinating technical assessments, salary benchmarking, recruitment reporting, writing job descriptions, maintaining recruitment dashboards and ensuring excellent candidate experience. The candidate must perform 80+ meaningful candidate outreaches daily across LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, Apna, Shine, Hirist, IIMJobs, Instahyre and referral networks. Expertise in Boolean search, InMail optimisation, sourcing strategies, market intelligence, candidate pipeline management and recruitment analytics is required.
