The company is looking for a Lead Recruiter to scale the India team and partner closely with local and global leaders to attract top talent across engineering, product, customer success, and G&A functions. The role includes building and scaling high-quality talent pipelines through sourcing, research, outbound strategy, events, and referral programs. Candidates will own the complete candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers globally, designing recruitment strategies, improving employer branding, optimizing recruiting performance through data and insights, and collaborating with talent teams to refine processes and scale best practices. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and go-to-market roles, strong sourcing expertise, success hiring engineers in competitive markets, and the ability to engage senior-level talent.
