Job Description
Walplast is hiring an experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager ā HR (Sales Business HR) to join its Business HR team at the Head Office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
The role focuses on Business HR and HR Operations, including employee engagement, employee concerns, probation and confirmation processes, employee exits, induction, employee lifecycle management and coordination with employees, reporting managers, HODs and HR stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Business HR
Conduct regular employee connects and understand employee concerns.
Address employee-related issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
Partner with employees, Reporting Managers, HODs and HR stakeholders.
Support broader Business HR initiatives.
Contribute to employee engagement activities.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage employee confirmation and probation processes.
Coordinate end-to-end employee exit activities.
Conduct and coordinate exit interviews.
Support employee lifecycle processes from joining through exit.
Ensure timely completion of HR actions at different stages of the employee lifecycle.
Induction & Post-Joining Support
Support employee induction activities.
Coordinate post-joining employee activities.
Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for joining-related requirements.
HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain accurate HR trackers.
Monitor pending HR actions and ensure timely closure.
Maintain relevant employee and HR records.
Coordinate with various stakeholders for completion of HR processes.
Support HR Operations and Business HR activities as required.
Employee Engagement
Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain regular employee connects.
Assist in implementing broader HR initiatives aimed at improving employee experience.
Required Experience & Qualifications
3ā5 years of relevant HR experience.
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred:
Business HR / HRBP Support
HR Operations
Employee Lifecycle Management
Strong employee-handling and communication skills.
Good coordination and stakeholder-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple HR activities and ensure timely closure.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Business HR, HR Operations or Employee Lifecycle Management and be comfortable interacting with employees, managers, HODs and HR stakeholders.
