Job Description
We are urgently hiring an HR Executive / HR Officer with 3–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, construction, EPC, logistics, or manpower supply environments. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations for industrial manpower including attendance, joining, exits, and employee records. Responsibilities include ensuring timely PF, ESI, professional tax, bonus, gratuity, and other statutory compliance, maintaining wage registers, attendance registers, leave records, contractor records, and compliance files, coordinating with payroll teams, contractors, vendors, and site operations for salary processing, verifying salary structures and deductions as per labor laws, handling PF processes including UAN mapping, challan review, and exit formalities, supporting statutory inspections and audits, monitoring labor law updates, managing contract labor compliance, and addressing employee queries related to payroll and statutory deductions.
